We come to your site and look at it the way a cleaner will — traffic patterns, floor types, loading‑bay activity, the corners that get skipped. Free, with no obligation attached to it.

You get a scope of work listing every zone, every task and every frequency, with the price attached. You approve it before anything is booked.

FIRST CLEAN & CALIBRATION

We clean to the approved scope, then check the result against what you expected. Where reality differs from the plan, the checklist gets adjusted — not quietly dropped.

ONGOING PROOF

Every visit is worked from that checklist, and you can see what was done. If a scoped item is missed, we come back and make it right.

Yes. Warehouses and distribution centres often run around the clock, so we build cleaning windows around your shift changes and loading‑dock activity rather than asking you to work around a fixed visit time.

Machinery and production‑line interiors, hazardous material handling or spill cleanup, and forklift or vehicle cleaning all stay with your own certified trades and equipment providers. The written scope says so explicitly, so there is no argument later about what was supposed to happen.

Price comes down to square footage, how many zones need service, how often we come, and how heavily the space gets used. We quote after the walkthrough, in writing, with the scope attached.

Yes — $2 million in liability coverage. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance for your property manager or building management before the first visit.

No. Our agreements are month‑to‑month. If you want to stop, give us 30 days’ written notice and that is the end of it.
