Yes — both the City and District of North Vancouver, including Lower Lonsdale, Central Lonsdale, Pemberton and the Marine Drive corridor. If your building is just outside one of these, ask and we will confirm coverage before the walkthrough.

We price from what the walkthrough actually shows — size, washrooms, frequency, and how much wear the space takes. A Lonsdale office suite and a marine‑trades workshop are cleaned to very different scopes, so nothing gets quoted until we have seen the space and put it in writing.

Yes. Workshop floors, marine‑trades units and light‑industrial spaces are cleaned to a scope built around the space, not the same checklist we would use in an office tower.

Yes — we carry $2 million in liability coverage and can supply a certificate of insurance ahead of the first clean.

Month‑to‑month only, no lock‑in. Thirty days’ written notice and the agreement ends there.
