The most common model for a single storefront: the store is reset before opening or cleaned once the last customer leaves, so nothing overlaps with trading hours.

Overnight

For stores that need a full reset — floors, fixtures and back-of-house — done once the store is fully closed and empty.

Multi‑location program

One scope, applied consistently across every location in a chain or portfolio, with a single point of contact and one invoice.

Yes — most retail clients choose one or the other so cleaning never overlaps with customers on the floor. We schedule around your actual trading hours, not a fixed route.

Yes. If you run several stores across Metro Vancouver, we can build one consistent scope that applies to every location, with a single point of contact and one invoice rather than a separate arrangement per store.

Price comes down to square footage, fixture density, how often we come, and foot traffic. A small boutique and a big-box floor are different problems, so we quote after a walkthrough, in writing, with the scope attached.

Yes — $2 million in liability coverage. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance for your landlord or property management before the first visit.

No. Our agreements are month-to-month. Give us 30 days’ written notice to stop, and that is the end of it.

That is what the CleanRight™ Commitment is for. If an item in your approved scope is missed, we come back and make it right — the scope is written and agreed up front, so there is no argument about whether it was supposed to happen.
